According to In Touch Weekly (via the National Ledger), Selena says don't expect her to make a guest appearance in the new series starring the Jonas Brothers, JONAS. She says, they're trying to avoid confusing the audience and don't want her on every show. Selena has made an appearance on Hannah Montana, and may guest on Demi Lovato's upcoming series.

"Hello Everybody- November 2nd. I know it has been too long since I have been on here. A lot of stuff has been going on and I have not had a whole lot of time to get on here to fill you guys in. As some of you may already know I was in New York for Trick or Treat for Unicef, which is a great program educating kids to help other kids in other parts of the world, I know it may be a little late for Halloween but, check out the site and be ready for next year. I have also been back and forth to New York for a few talk shows Rachel Ray, The View, The Today Show. I LOVE New York, it is such a great city the energy is amazing.. I will be going to Dallas this upcoming weekend to help support my cousins cheerleading charity event. I can't wait to see all my friends and family from back home, it has been far too long since I have been home. That's the current rumor going around. According to the NY Daily News, there is going to be a huge "Crossover" episode on the "Suite Life On Deck" with cast members of "Wizards of Waverly Place" and "Hannah Montana". There are also rumors that the Jonas Brothers may make an appearance on this episode.

Contrary to previous reports, Wizards of Waverly Place is not headed to the big screen, rather, there will be a TV movie in the works to be on the Disney Channel. It will be part of the franchise that developed High School Musical, and Camp Rock. The movie is slated for 2009.

According to MTV, Selena talked about the possibility of doing a movie for Wizards of Waverly Place.

"Yes! We actually want to shoot it here in New York," she told MTV News. Gomez also talked a little bit about what she thinks might happen in the film, saying, "I think it would have to be that our secret is about to be exposed."
